International program "NORWAY FOR US" for the legalization of employment of citizens of Ukraine and CIS in Norway.

Vacancy: Fish factory.

Country: Norway.

Location: Lofoten, Rest.

Salary: the Official accrual 176,7 Norwegian crowns per hour (about 18.7 EUROS per hour) GROSS.

Responsibilities: Working on the conveyor. Cutting fish, packing, packing, packing, salting, loading. Work in the warehouse.

Requirements: Citizens Of Ukraine, Belarus, Russia. Men, women, and couples 18-55 years old, in decent physical shape.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8-9 hours. Possible to process up to 10-12 hours a day with increase in pay.

Directions: To the place of work and back is organized by the employer.

Housing: 300 Euro per month, not far from production.

Power: once per day as a free lunch. On-site production has a dining area for employees.

Uniform: Provided by the employer.

Language knowledge: Russian, Ukrainian, English. On the territory of the enterprise operate Russian-speaking foremen and supervisors for employees from the CIS.

Work only on Norwegian work visa.

The full cost of programs and work visa: 1750 Euro.

Payment of the program in 2 steps: ( the First amount of 750 Euro to be paid by the candidate after completing all procedures, the approval of the employer and submission of a signed official contract for the employment of the employer, which is a guarantee of the future open work visa. The second payment of 1,000 euros is made in Norway after receiving the salary)

Attention! In recent years, cases of abuse to our organization from those who want to go to work in Norway for Polish and Estonian visas. It is not legal, and we are not doing this kind of employment!

Our program includes a complete training of the candidate and further support directly in the territory of Norway. Assistance in the legal registration, the filing of all necessary documents through the state Department for foreigners Affairs – UDI, filling a single application form. After that, the employer legally prepares and sends to the candidate an official signed contract, which should be further signed by the two parties. On the basis of these documents is a petition to the local police to get a card of residence permit and the working visa.

Please see below for the procedure of filing the applications from the candidates to the employer.

All applications are considered strictly according to the procedure below!

Procedure for candidates:

1. The candidate sends a written request to the specified email address of the representative of the employer in which gives you the request details on the proposed jobs, registration procedure and application forms UDI to fill it.

2. After receiving this request, the employer or his representative shall notify in writing the applicant about the accepted application and sends a return letter application form for filling in personal data, the list of necessary documents for consideration of a job applicant on the proposed jobs, as well as a more detailed description of the jobs.

We also help you properly and without errors to fill in all items on the application form that the application has been approved by the Department for foreigners and accepted for processing.

3. The applicant fills in all items in the questionnaire and sends the complete list of required documents for the registration in the register of the company of the employer, as well as to check through security regarding the information he provided.

4. With a positive review and approve of documents received from the candidate, the employer sends an official confirmation in the form of the notification letter. In the notification letter to the candidate reported about the upcoming audio/video interviews with English speaking representative from the employer that is a mandatory step in the selection of the candidate.

5. The candidate receives a phone call from a Russian-speaking representative of the employer from the office of the company, which reports on the upcoming audio/video interview and agreed prior to the time of the meeting.

6. At a pre-arranged time, organized audio/video conference, where the interview of the candidate with English speaking representative of the employer. During the interview the candidate will be asked interesting questions of the employer, his desire to work in Norway, and reported more detailed information on the proposed work.

7. Upon successful completion of the audio/video conference, the candidate will be sent an official letter of approval for the proposed vacancy.

9. The candidate receives and signs a contract with a representative of the employer who will make a business visit to Ukraine, in Kyiv city, to sign and collect contracts from the approved candidates.

10. The candidate pays the first of two payments to the employer's representative when transferring the signed contract. (Pay the full cost of the program for employment are divided into two payments. The first payment is made by the candidate upon receipt and signing of the contract second payment - after receiving the first paycheck)

11. The employer prepares a complete package for obtaining permits to the side of the candidate, having made all the necessary arrangements and payment to the authorities, registration of insurance, the filing of the petition from a candidate in the local police Department, to get a card of residence permit and subsequent work visa for the candidate.

12. After 2 working months from the date of registration, the employer obtains all permits and the candidate has an official call to work. Travel to and from work is paid for by the employer.

13. After arriving at the place of work, the employer provides the candidate documents for processing petitions for obtaining a Norwegian work visa and submission of documents to the local police Department in which is received the Norwegian working visa is valid for 1 year for legal employment at the fish plant.
